Each application is reviewed jointly by the Judging Committee and RecordOfficers, through verification to ensure transparency and fairness.
Online Verification → Expert Review → Onsite Witnessing → Approval
Successful applicants receive the official SGR Certificate. Recognized record will be featured in the SGR World Archive and media platforms.
Preliminary Review → Official Confirmation → Witness Evaluation → Final Award Ceremony
Certified brands may use the “SGR Authentication /SGR Certified/SGR Record holder” mark for marketing and product packaging.
