Official Witnesses act as the eyes and ears of SGR, ensuring every record is accurate, fair, and compliant, while upholding Singapore’s integrity and global trust on-site.

Validate the data, count, or measurement objectively.

Observation

Monitor full process; no partial or remote witnessing.

Evidence Collection

Collect photos, videos, statements, and witness forms.

Integrity Reporting

Immediately report any violations or falsifications if discovered.

Confidentiality

Keep all results confidential until official release.

Pre-Event (7 days before):

  • All materials archived

Conduct & Representation

  • Witnesses represent SGR - maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Business attire required during events
  • No favoritism, conflicts of interest, or premature announcements
  • No event-related social media posts before official publication
